Structural Principle

Ingeniously designed, the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are securely connected to the container using robust flanges, creating an efficient communicator. This design allows the real-time observation of the liquid level's actual height within the container through a clear, durable glass.
Engineered for versatility, our liquid level gauges come in two main structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each offers unique benefits tailored to various application needs.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauges are fitted with precision-engineered safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under internal container pressure to seal instantly, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow.
Our instruments are thoughtfully designed with specific types for different needs: the UB type includes blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These can be used for convenient sampling, flushing, or releasing of residual liquids during maintenance.
To accommodate specialized applications, our product can be equipped with an advanced steam jacket. This feature makes it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
