The TK3100 series metal tube float flowmeter is a revelation in precision engineering, employing the sophisticated variable area measurement principle. Ingeniously designed, the float's displacement in the TK3100 is directly proportional to the flow rate, offering precise measurement. Through a seamless magnetic coupling system, the float's movements are elegantly transmitted to the indicator without any physical contact, ensuring accurate real-time flow rate display. To enhance versatility, the flowmeter can be equipped with diverse converters, transforming flow values into standard signals, such as 4-20mA electrical signals, for effortless remote transmission. This enables comprehensive remote display, recording, integration, and control capabilities. Ideal for both liquid and gas applications, it sets a new standard for accuracy and reliability.


The measuring tube of the TK3100 series is masterfully designed to adapt to varying pipeline conditions and specific fluid measurement requirements. It offers a plethora of structural configurations, including thermal insulation jacket types and damped types, providing unmatched flexibility. Beyond standard offerings, we provide bespoke designs tailored to user specifications, such as high-pressure or high-temperature models, ensuring that user needs are met with precision and satisfaction.
 
1.Measuring range: Flexibly selectable up to 100% of the scale value, tailored specifically from the flowmeter for ultimate precision.
Water at 20ºC: A broad range from 2.5 to an impressive 150,000 L/h, accommodating a variety of applications.
Air at 1.013 bar abs and 20ºC: From a delicate 0.07 to a substantial 3000 m³/h, showcasing versatility in gas measurement.
2. Turndown ratio: Offers flexibility with options of 10:1 and 5:1, adapting to diverse measurement needs.
3. Accuracy class: Available in precision grades of 1.5 and 2.5, delivering exceptional accuracy for discerning applications.
4. Pressure loss: Detailed specifications available in the flowmeter documentation, ensuring informed decision-making.
5. Measuring tube: Offers choice between conical measuring tube and orifice plate measuring tube, catering to specific preferences.
6. Scale division: Thoughtfully based on flow unit divisions for ease of interpretation and application.
