Product Description

Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge is ingeniously designed with its upper and lower ends connected to the container via flanges. This clever configuration creates a communicator through which the actual height of the liquid within the container can be effortlessly and directly observed via the glass, offering precision and clarity.
Our liquid level gauges primarily come in two distinctive structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each structure provides unique advantages tailored to specific measurement needs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is equipped with robust safety steel balls inside the upper and lower valves. In the unfortunate event of glass plate damage, these steel balls instantly act, sealing under the container's internal pressure to prevent any further liquid outflow, protecting your operation.
At the instrument's extremities, the UB type is designed with blocking screws for secure closure. Alternatively, the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, facilitating convenient sampling, efficient flushing, or easy release of residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring seamless upkeep.
For those dealing with viscous or easily frozen liquid media, our product can be augmented with a steam jacket. This feature ensures accurate measurement under challenging conditions, broadening the scope of applications and enhancing versatility.
