Structural Principle

The Highpeak Explosion Proof Liquid Level Meter features a robust design, where the upper and lower ends of the gauge are seamlessly connected to the container using durable flanges. This connection creates a communicator, allowing for a direct and clear view of the actual liquid level inside the container through the sturdy glass interface.
Our advanced liquid level gauges are available in two primary structural types: the efficient reflective design and the innovative transmissive model, each tailored to meet specific operational needs.
For unparalleled safety, we have integrated precision-engineered steel balls within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing securely under the container's internal pressure, thereby preventing any further liquid leakage.
Enhanced functionality is achieved with the UB type, which includes strategically placed blocking screws at both ends of the instrument. Additionally, the UB-A type is equipped with versatile G1/2" needle valves, perfect for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquids during maintenance operations.
Designed for versatility, this product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring reliable performance even under challenging conditions.

Operating Temperature: Operates efficiently at temperatures up to an impressive ≤200ºC, making it suitable for extreme conditions.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Ensures optimal safety and functionality with an automatic valve sealing pressure differential of 0.2 MPa.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to endure with a steam jacket pressure capacity of 1.0 MPa, providing reliable thermal protection.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread for easy and secure steam jacket fitting, optimizing installation.

Process Connection: Boasts a versatile UB type connection thread, accommodating either G3/4" or M27×1.5 external threads for seamless integration.

UB-A type connection flange: Offers compatibility with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange standards, such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify during order placement to ensure precise fit.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted with durable heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and reliability in contact with any liquid.
