The design of the liquid level gauge ingeniously connects the upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges, creating a seamless communicator. This allows for a clear and uninterrupted visual observation of the actual liquid height within the container through the precision-made glass, ensuring accurate and reliable readings every time.
The liquid level gauge comes in two sophisticated structural types: the reflective model, which offers superior clarity by bouncing light off the liquid surface, and the transmissive model, which allows light to pass through, providing crystal-clear visibility of the liquid level.
Safety is at the forefront of our design with strategically placed steel balls inside the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event of accidental damage to the glass plate, these steel balls automatically engage, effectively sealing under the internal pressure of the container to halt any further liquid escape, thereby maximizing safety and minimizing risk.
At the cutting edge of functionality, the UB type instruments are equipped with blocking screws at each end, while the UB-A type advances with G1/2" needle valves. These valves are invaluable for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquid during essential maintenance, providing versatility and convenience.
For measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, our product can be optionally fitted with an innovative steam jacket, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging conditions and enhancing the versatility of the measurement process.
