Product Description

Structural Principle

The innovative design of our liquid level gauge seamlessly connects to the container through precision-engineered flanges, establishing a reliable communication channel. This allows the actual height of the liquid level within the container to be viewed with exceptional clarity through the high-quality glass construction.
Our liquid level gauge structures are available in two advanced types: reflective and transmissive, each offering distinct advantages for diverse application needs.
Engineered with safety as a priority, the liquid level gauge features robust steel balls within the upper and lower valves. These safety mechanisms automatically engage, sealing off the flow under internal pressure if the glass plate sustains any damage, thus effectively preventing any further leakage.
The instrument's versatility is further enhanced with customizable end fittings: UB type with secure blocking screws, and UB-A type offering G1/2" needle valves. These valves are ideal for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquids during maintenance activities.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquids, our product is optionally outfitted with a steam jacket, ensuring precise measurement even in the most challenging media conditions.
