Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis feature, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational processes and internal status in real-time. Upon surpassing a predefined threshold of events, it seamlessly transitions into a fault alarm state, delivering an alarm current of 3.6 or 22.8mA, thereby providing crucial control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During a malfunction, the LCD display promptly showcases 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing faulty components, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
Harnessing modern communication protocols such as HART, FF, and PA, the diagnosis function can be effortlessly initiated. The system articulates alarms as warnings or fault protection currents, autonomously assessing the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element sustain damage, faulty components can be swiftly swapped on-site, negating the need for recalibration.
Simulation
The transmitter's simulation capability is meticulously designed to replicate the process state, therefore acquiring vital measurement data. The simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, offering modes such as fixed value simulation and linear function simulation.
