Even after a decade of continuous operation, it preserves a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Constructed with a robust metal shell and fully sealed measurement components, the PDS transmitter easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Intelligent Diagnosis
The PDS intelligent transmitter is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that monitors its operations and internal state in real-time. Upon exceeding predefined event thresholds, the transmitter switches to a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide control signals for system interlocking or integration with SIS security systems. In the event of a failure, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err' and automatically analyzes and pinpoints the malfunctioning components, greatly simplifying maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
This sophisticated diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms manifest as a warning or fault protection current. It enables automatic diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element incur damage, the defective component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.

The versatile simulation output mode offers both fixed value simulation and linear function simulation options. During simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure, returning to standard measurement mode post key operation or a power-off restart.
