The exceptional PDS intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with potential accuracy reaching up to an impressive 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of relentless service, it retains a near-perfect 99.9% accuracy, significantly curtailing maintenance expenses. Encased within a robust metal shell and featuring comprehensive sealing of measurement components, this transmitter thrives under extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Intelligent Diagnosis
PDS intelligent transmitter is designed with an advanced integrated diagnosis capability that vigilantly oversees its operation and health in real-time. Upon detecting an excessive number of defined events, it seamlessly transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to furnish control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. In the event of a fault, its intuitive LCD screen displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing defective components, thereby simplifying and expediting the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This exceptional diagnostic functionality can also be initiated through communication protocols like HART, FF, and PA. It translates alarms into either warnings or protective fault currents. The system autonomously diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health, facilitating on-the-spot replacement of defective electronic units or measurement elements without necessitating re-adjustment.

Simulation
With a sophisticated simulation function, the transmitter can mimic the process state to derive measurement data or verify the connection and output state of the circuit.
