Operating Temperature: Designed for resilience, it operates efficiently within temperatures of -50~450ºC.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Constructed for reliability, it accommodates a steam jacket pressure of up to 1.0MPa.
Steam Jacket Fitting: The fitting includes a convenient G1/2" external thread, facilitating easy installation.
Process Connection: Compatible with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards, it can also be customized for other flange standards (such as GB, JB/T, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.). Please specify your needs when ordering.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted with premium materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and a 99.99% SiO2 quartz tube, ensuring durability and reliability.
Automatic Sealing Pressure of Steel Balls: The steel balls are engineered to seal automatically at pressures ≥0.2MPa for enhanced safety.
