Product Description

Structural Principle

The sophisticated design of the liquid level gauge features an innovative communicator system, seamlessly connecting the upper and lower ends of the gauge to the container via robust flanges. This ingenious setup allows for a direct visual observation of the liquid level within the container through a high-quality glass display.
The liquid level gauge comes in two primary structural types: the reflective model and the transmissive model, each serving distinct functional needs and applications.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is equipped with precision-engineered safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. If the glass plate is accidentally compromised, these steel balls instinctively seal under internal container pressure, effectively halting any further liquid escape.
The instrument's ends are tailored to specific needs: the UB type features durable blocking screws, while the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves, designed for versatile uses such as sampling, flushing, or easily releasing residual liquid during maintenance procedures.
Adaptable to demanding conditions, the product can be equipped with an optional steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous or easily solidified liquid media, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to handle steam jacket pressures of 1.0 MPa, making it ideal for sophisticated industrial processes.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, the steam jacket fitting ensures compatibility and easy integration.

Process Connection: Features a UB type connection thread with options for an external thread of G3/4" or M27×1.5, offering flexibility and convenience in installation.

UB-A type connection flange: Precision-engineered HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 flange, adaptable for various standards including GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, and DIN. Please specify your requirements when placing an order for tailored solutions.
