The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts exceptional precision with a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, and can reach an impressive 0.025%FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance expenses. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it seamlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference and lightning protection capabilities ensure unwavering stability and reliability throughout its lifespan.

Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with cutting-edge integrated diagnostic functionality, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors its performance and health in real time. Should it exceed predefined thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting a specific alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to facilitate system interlocks or SIS security systems. In the event of a failure, the LCD screen instantly displays "Err", pinpointing and analyzing faulty components, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks for seamless operational integrity.
The diagnostic capabilities are further enhanced through HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, allowing alarms to be articulated as either warnings or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic health diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measurement element malfunctions, it can be effortlessly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration, enabling swift and efficient resolution of issues.

Simulation
The PDS transmitter's simulation function is adept at replicating process states to acquire measurement data, as well as verifying connectivity and circuit output status. Among its output parameters are pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Simulation modes include both fixed value and linear function simulations. Notably, during the simulation process, the transmitter output remains unaffected by actual field pressure, reverting to its normal operational state upon key activation or a power reboot, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
