The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with capabilities reaching up to an impressive 0.025%FS. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis function, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors operational processes and its own status in real-time. Upon surpassing defined event thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide crucial control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During any malfunction, it automatically displays 'Err' on the LCD screen, identifying and presenting the faulty components for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement, streamlining your operational efficiency.
The diagnosis function is further enhanced through communication protocols like HART, FF, and PA, allowing alarms to be indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measurement elements, you can swiftly replace the faulty components on-site without the need for recalibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function is designed to emulate process states to accurately derive measurement data. It also serves to verify the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. The simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Furthermore, the simulation output mode offers options of fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. Throughout the simulation process, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, seamlessly returning to the normal measurement state following key operations or power-off restart of the transmitter.
