The liquid level gauge is ingeniously designed with upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container using robust flanges, creating a reliable communication channel. Through the crystal-clear glass, one can easily and accurately observe the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, ensuring precise measurements.
There are two main types of liquid level gauge structures to choose from: the reflective type, which utilizes the natural play of light to project an accurate level, and the transmissive type, which allows light to pass through for clear visibility and precise readings.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauge features strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls act intuitively, automatically sealing under the container's internal pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow and ensuring constant safety.
At both ends of this sophisticated instrument, the UB type is meticulously fitted with blocking screws. For the UB-A type, precision G1/2" needle valves are included, perfectly designed for sampling, flushing, or the efficient release of residual liquid during maintenance, contributing to smoother operation.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, this product offers the flexibility of a steam jacket. This feature makes it ideal for maintaining fluidity and precise measurements even under challenging conditions.
