With precision at its core, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter boasts an outstanding basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, reaching up to a remarkable 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of nonstop operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenditures. Engineered with a robust metal shell and hermetically sealed components, this transmitter endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with advanced integrated diagnostic capabilities, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter continuously monitors both operational processes and its internal state. Upon surpassing a pre-defined threshold of events, the transmitter signals a fault alarm by emitting an alarm current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, ready to initiate system interlocks or SIS security protocols. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD display prominently shows "Err" while intuitively identifying and displaying the malfunctioning components, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for ease and efficiency.
Diagnosis functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, offering the flexibility to categorize alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously evaluates SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element suffer damage, the defective components can be seamlessly swapped onsite without the need for recalibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation capabilities allow it to replicate process states and gather measurement data, making it invaluable for verifying circuit connections and output conditions. It provides simulated output parameters such as pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Users can select between fixed value simulation and linear function simulation modes. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by external pressure conditions and seamlessly transitions back to normal measurement mode after a key press or power cycle restart.
