The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts impeccable precision with a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, reaching a remarkable 0.025%FS. Intelligent diagnosis
Equipped with cutting-edge integrated diagnosis functionality, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors both operational processes and its own status in real-time. Should predefined event thresholds be surpassed, it promptly shifts into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current of 3.6 or 22.8mA to signal system interlocking or SIS security systems. During malfunctions, the LCD instantly displays 'Err', autonomously identifying and showing faulty components to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, enhancing user convenience.
With its advanced diagnosis capabilities, the system initiates fault diagnostics via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, translating alarms into warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measurement element become impaired, the affected component can be effortlessly swapped onsite without requiring recalibration, streamlining the troubleshooting process.

Simulation
Empowered with superior simulation functionality, the transmitter can mimic process states to deliver accurate measurement data while verifying transmitter circuit connections and output statuses. Simulation output covers parameters such as pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with options for fixed value or linear function simulations. Throughout simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, seamlessly reverting to normal measurement mode following key operations or power cycling, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
