Should predefined event thresholds be surpassed, it promptly shifts into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current of 3.6 or 22.8mA to signal system interlocking or SIS security systems. During malfunctions, the LCD instantly displays 'Err', autonomously identifying and showing faulty components to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, enhancing user convenience.
With its advanced diagnosis capabilities, the system initiates fault diagnostics via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, translating alarms into warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measurement element become impaired, the affected component can be effortlessly swapped onsite without requiring recalibration, streamlining the troubleshooting process.

Simulation
