Structural Principle
The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are meticulously connected to the container via robust flanges, ingeniously forming a communicator. This innovative design allows for the real-time, direct observation of the liquid level height within the container through a transparent glass, ensuring accurate and effortless monitoring.
The liquid level gauge primarily features two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers unique advantages, delivering precise and tailored solutions to meet diverse industrial needs.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge incorporates strategically installed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage, utilizing the container's internal pressure to effectively seal and prevent any further liquid outflow, safeguarding your operations.
The instrument's ends are designed with versatility in mind; the UB type is equipped with blocking screws, while the sophisticated UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These are expertly suited for a range of maintenance tasks, including sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid, ensuring seamless operation and upkeep.
This adaptable product offers the option of a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for handling viscous and easily frozen liquid media. This feature ensures reliable performance in diverse environments, enhancing the product's versatility and application scope.

UB-A type connection flange: Versatile compatibility with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards (GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), specify your preference when ordering.
