Advanced Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis feature, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational processes and internal state in real-time. Upon crossing the threshold of predefined events, it enters a fault alarm mode, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to signal system interlock or SIS security systems. The LCD screen prominently displays 'Err' during malfunctions, automatically analyzing and pinpointing issues, thus streamlining the processes of maintenance, repair, and part replacement for utmost convenience.
Diagnosis can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms denoted as either warning or fault protection currents. This smart system conducts automatic checks on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software integrity.
