Structural Principle
The ingeniously designed liquid level gauge seamlessly integrates with the container using robust flanges at both the upper and lower ends, forming a sophisticated communicator. This advanced configuration allows users to effortlessly observe the precise liquid level inside the container through the clear and durable glass, ensuring reliable and accurate readings.
Liquid level gauge structures are primarily categorized into two innovative types: reflective and transmissive. Each type employs unique mechanisms to deliver precise measurements tailored for diverse applications.
For enhanced safety, this state-of-the-art liquid level gauge incorporates strategically positioned safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. If the glass plate suffers accidental damage, these steel balls automatically engage, utilizing the internal container pressure to effectively seal the system, thus halting any further liquid outflow and preserving operational integrity.
At the instrument's extremities, the versatile UB type is equipped with secure blocking screws, while the UB-A type boasts G1/2" needle valves. These valves facilitate crucial functions such as sampling, flushing, and the release of residual liquid during maintenance, optimizing the instrument's utility and ensuring seamless operation.
To cater to specialized applications, the product can be outfitted with a high-performance steam jacket. This feature is particularly advantageous for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, providing the necessary thermal conditioning to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability in challenging environmental conditions.
Measurement Range: Select from versatile options of 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, or 1700... mm, ensuring precision for various applications.
Working Pressure: Capable of withstanding an impressive 6.3 MPa, suitable for extreme conditions.
Operating Temperature: Efficiently operates seamlessly at temperatures up to a remarkable ≤200ºC.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered for reliability with a differential of 0.2 MPa.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Secure operations with a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Designed with precision G1/2" external thread for optimal connectivity.
Process Connection: Features UB type connection thread with versatile options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for enhanced compatibility.
UB-A type connection flange: Adheres to HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For additional flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify when placing an order for customized solutions.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from durable heat-resistant carbon steel or premium stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resilience.
