The TKLV500 self-operated pressure regulating valve does not require an external energy source. It uses the energy of the adjusted medium itself as the power source to introduce the actuator and control the position of the valve core, changing the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, so as to stabilize the pressure before (or after) the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and small fluctuations in pressure set points. It is widely used in automatic control for pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization of gases, liquids, and steam media.
This series of products has three structures: single seat, sleeve, and double seat; two types of actuators: diaphragm type and piston type; and two modes of action: pressure regulation after the valve for pressure reduction (type B) and pressure regulation before the valve for pressure relief (type K). The nominal pressure levels of the product are PN16, 40, and 64; the valve body diameter range is DN20~300; the leakage levels are grade II, grade IV, and grade VI; the flow characteristic is quick opening; and the pressure adjustment range is from 15 to 2500Kpa. It can be combined according to the needs to meet the user's working condition requirements.
