Structural Principle

The Highpeak Liquid Level Meter revolutionizes industrial monitoring by seamlessly connecting the container via precision flanges at both ends. This ingenious design forms an ultra-durable communicator, allowing for the direct observation of the container's liquid level through a crystal-clear glass interface.
Our cutting-edge liquid level gauge comes in two sophisticated structural variants: the reflective model, which utilizes light refraction for clear readings, and the transmissive model, ensuring accurate transparency for precise level detection.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is ingeniously equipped with advanced safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate face accidental damage, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing the system instantly under internal pressure, effectively halting any potential liquid outflow.
The instrument's innovation continues with the UB type, which incorporates practical blocking screws, and the UB-A type, featuring versatile G1/2" needle valves. These are meticulously designed for efficient sampling, flushing, and releasing residual liquid, particularly during critical maintenance operations.
The Highpeak Liquid Level Meter can be further customized with an optional steam jacket, specifically engineered for the accurate measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring seamless operation in diverse industrial environments.
