The TKLJ700 series electric\pneumatic Y-type steam trap is one of the important devices in the automatic control system of thermal equipment. It is widely used for steam drainage in the pipelines during the start-up and shutdown of equipment in power stations, chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, and other industrial systems. Before the equipment starts and goes into operation, the steam pipeline needs to be warmed up. At the initial stage, the valve needs to be fully opened. As the temperature rises and the condensate volume decreases, the valve should be appropriately closed to meet the requirements of various parameters during operation. When the steam pipeline is shut down, the steam trap valve should also be opened for a specified time. This is to control the depressurization rate and to remove the residual condensed water in the pipeline during shutdown. Due to the significant erosive effect of condensate discharge on the steam trap, the design of the main steam system's condensate regulating valve is different from that of a general control valve. This valve adopts a multi-cylinder, multi-orifice, cage, or bar cage type throttling element, providing multiple pressure reductions to mitigate the erosion of the high-pressure, high-temperature, high-speed fluid on the valve core and seat. The condensate volume changes with the adjustment of the flow cross-sectional area. The valve uses a pressure-balanced structure, which reduces the unbalanced force on the valve and decreases the driving torque. Since the valve adopts a simple assembly and disassembly structure, it is easy to install and disassemble and convenient to maintain.
