The TK3100 series metal tube float flowmeter embraces the cutting-edge variable area measurement principle, combining contemporary high-tech methodologies and components to ensure precision and reliability in its production. This sophisticated flowmeter is composed of three key segments that work harmoniously together: 1. The robust measuring tube body; 2. The ingeniously designed conical float; 3. The precise indicator.

In this innovative flowmeter, the movement of the float is directly proportional to the flow rate, offering a seamless, non-contact transmission of the float's displacement to the indicator via a magnetic coupling system. This design allows the flowmeter to accurately display flow rates. Moreover, it can be equipped with a range of converters to transform flow values into standard signals, such as the versatile 4-20mA electrical signals for efficient remote transmission. This feature facilitates remote display, recording, integration, and control, making it a versatile choice for both liquid and gas measurements.

The measuring tube's design is meticulously tailored to adapt to various pipeline conditions and specific fluid measurement requirements, offering diverse structural configurations, such as thermal insulation jacket types and damped types. Beyond standard offerings, bespoke designs can be crafted to meet unique user demands, including high-pressure or high-temperature models, ensuring maximum satisfaction and precise measurement for every application.
 

1. Measuring range: The flowmeter offers a selectable range, up to 100% of the scale value, allowing for adaptability and precision in measurement.
Water at 20ºC: A wide range of 2.5-150,000 L/h ensures accurate and efficient flow measurement for your applications.
Air at 1.013 bar abs and 20ºC: Offering a versatile range of 0.07-3000 m³/h, this flowmeter is ideal for precise air measurement.
2. Turndown ratio: The flexibility of a 10:1 or 5:1 turndown ratio provides versatility in measuring various flow rates.
3. Accuracy class: Delivering reliable results with accuracy classes of 1.5 and 2.5, ensuring precision in every reading.
