The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with an impressive potential of reaching 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of relentless usage, it retains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly slashing maintenance expenditures. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, this transmitter confidently withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capacity and lightning protection fortify its exceptional stability and reliability.

Smart Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated diagnosis function, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational process and health status in real time. When predefined event thresholds are exceeded, it alerts the system by entering a fault alarm state and emits an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA), effectively signaling control systems such as SIS or interlocks. During malfunctions, the LCD screen displays 'Err', automatically identifying and exhibiting the faulty components, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Diagnosis can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warnings or fault protection currents. It conducts auto-diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. If any electronic unit or measurement element is compromised, the defective part can be swiftly swapped at the site, eliminating the need for re-calibration.

Simulation Capability
The transmitter's simulation function is adept at mimicking process states to acquire measurement data, as well as inspecting the circuit's connectivity and output status. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Modes available include fixed value simulation or dynamic linear function simulation. During simulation, the output remains unaffected by actual field pressure, returning to its normal measurement mode after key operations or a power cycle restart.
