Safety is paramount in the Highpeak Advanced Level Measuring Device. Equipped with advanced safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves, the device automatically engages these balls to seal the unit under internal pressure in the unlikely event of glass plate damage, expertly preventing any further liquid outflow and ensuring maximum operational safety.
Our state-of-the-art instrument offers flexibility with UB type equipped with blocking screws. For those requiring additional functions, the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves, making it ideal for sampling, flushing, or easily releasing residual liquid during maintenance operations, thus ensuring uninterrupted performance.
Expand the functionality of your Highpeak Advanced Level Measuring Device with the optional steam jacket. This feature is perfectly tailored for measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, providing reliable performance in challenging conditions.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Rated at 1.0 MPa, the steam jacket pressure is engineered for compatibility with a range of industrial processes.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, the fitting offers secure and flexible integration with existing systems.

Process Connection: Featuring a UB type connection thread, choose between an external thread of G3/4" or M27×1.5 for versatile and dependable connectivity.

UB-A type connection flange: Adheres to standards HG20592~20635-97 from DN20 to DN50. For compatibility with other standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify upon ordering to ensure seamless integration.
