Should predefined thresholds be surpassed, it transitions into a fault alarm state, signaling with alarm currents (3.6 or 22.8mA) to prompt system interlocks or SIS security systems. In failure mode, its LCD screen prominently displays 'Err', providing immediate analysis and identification of faulty components, thereby streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures. Moreover, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as either warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software integrity. When damage occurs to electronic units or measurement elements, faulty parts can be directly swapped on-site without necessitating recalibration. Simulation The simulation capabilities of the transmitter allow for a thorough emulation of process states to gather measurement data.
