Structural Principle

Ingeniously designed, the liquid level gauge seamlessly connects the upper and lower ends to the container through robust flanges, crafting a highly efficient communicator. This innovative setup allows for the straightforward observation of the actual liquid level inside the container, visible with crystal clarity through the glass.
Our liquid level gauges come in two distinct and sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, each engineered to meet diverse measurement needs.
For enhanced safety and peace of mind, our liquid level gauges are equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event that the glass plate is accidentally compromised, these steel balls act autonomously, sealing immediately under the internal container pressure to prevent any further liquid spillage.
At both ends of this meticulously crafted instrument, the UB type is thoughtfully equipped with blocking screws. Meanwhile, the versatile UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves, precision-engineered for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring functionality and ease of use.
For even greater versatility, the product can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket, making it perfectly suited for the measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, demonstrating its adaptability in various challenging conditions.
