Product Description

The TKLP160 lined fluorine single seat control valve features a valve body inner wall and internal components in contact with the fluid, both of which are manufactured using a high-pressure injection molding process. They are lined with corrosion and aging resistant polyperfluoroethylene (F46) and sealed with a polytetrafluoroethylene bellows seal. It is widely suitable for controlling strong corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic and volatile gases and liquids.

1. Corrosion Resistance: It can withstand the corrosion of almost all media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia.


2. Good Sealing Performance: It adopts a dual sealing mechanism of bellows and packing to ensure zero external leakage.


3. Low Leakage: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and seat, the leakage amount is minimal.


4. Equipped with HA actuator or electric actuator, it features high output force and compact structure.
