Structural Principle
The sophisticated design of our liquid level gauge involves strategic connections at both its upper and lower ends to a container using robust flanges. This design seamlessly transforms the gauge into an effective communicator, enabling users to witness the true height of the liquid within the container through a clear, durable glass interface.
Our liquid level gauge comes in two distinct structural types, each tailored for specific needs: the reflective type, which uses light reflection for enhanced visibility, and the transmissive type, allowing light to pass through for clear observation.
For uncompromised safety, our liquid level gauge is fortified with precision-engineered safety steel balls housed within its upper and lower valves. These steel balls act as an automatic sealing mechanism, instantaneously activating to prevent liquid leakage if the glass plate sustains damage, thus safeguarding against any fluid outflow under internal pressure.
The UB model of our instrument features expertly designed blocking screws at either end, whereas the UB-A model is equipped with G1/2" needle valves. These advanced valves permit convenient sampling, efficient flushing, and smooth release of residual liquid, ensuring effortless maintenance.
For added versatility, our product can be enhanced with the integration of a steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media. This feature assures reliable performance in challenging environments.

Working Pressure: Robustly engineered to withstand up to 6.3 MPa, providing reliable performance in demanding environments.
Operating Temperature: Capable of operating flawlessly at temperatures up to a remarkable ≤200ºC.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Ensures optimal performance with a differential pressure of 0.2 MPa, maintaining system integrity.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Constructed to handle steam jacket pressure efficiently up to 1.0 MPa for enhanced operation.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Designed with a G1/2" external thread to ensure seamless integration and effective steam management.
Process Connection: Versatile UB type connection available with external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for easy system integration.
UB-A type connection flange: Offered in HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify when placing an order to ensure compatibility with your system.
