Structural Principle

The Highpeak Liquid Level Meter features a sophisticated design where the upper and lower ends are ingeniously connected to the container via robust flanges, establishing a seamless communicator. This brilliant setup allows for the direct observation of the liquid's actual height inside the container through the transparent glass, offering precision and reliability.
In the realm of liquid level gauge structures, we primarily offer two exceptional types: the reflective and the transmissive. Each type is engineered to meet specific industrial needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in water measurement.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauge is equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass damage, these steel balls act immediately under the internal pressure to seal the gauge, effectively preventing any further outflow of liquid and ensuring safety.
At the sophisticated ends of the instrument, the UB type is meticulously designed with blocking screws, while the advanced UB-A type includes G1/2" needle valves. These are expertly crafted for precise sampling, efficient flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, catering to various operational needs.
To further enhance versatility, the Highpeak Liquid Level Meter can be optionally equipped with an innovative steam jacket. This feature is particularly suitable for accurately measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging conditions.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Offers reliable performance with a differential pressure of 0.2 MPa, enhancing operational efficiency.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Maintains optimal performance with a robust steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Seamlessly integrates with systems using a G1/2" external thread for versatile adaptability.

Process Connection: UB type connection thread: Choose between external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for a secure and adaptable fit.

UB-A type connection flange: Complies with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For specific flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), kindly specify at the time of ordering to ensure compatibility.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed with high-grade heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel for unmatched durability and reliability in demanding conditions.
