Product Description

Structural Principle

The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge seamlessly integrate with the container via flanges, ingeniously forming a reliable communicator. This sophisticated design allows the actual height of the liquid level within the container to be effortlessly and clearly observed through the durable glass.
Our liquid level gauge is available in two primary structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each variant is meticulously engineered to meet diverse operational needs and provide unparalleled functionality.
Ingenious safety steel balls are strategically installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event that the glass plate is accidentally damaged, these steel balls automatically engage, sealing under the internal container pressure, and halting any further outflow of liquid with remarkable efficiency.
At both ends of our thoughtfully designed instrument, the UB type is equipped with blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These provide versatile options for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and ease of use.
For enhanced adaptability, the product can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suited for accurately measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media across a variety of applications.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered to seal automatically with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, ensuring safety and reliability.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to withstand a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa for dependable performance.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for seamless integration.

Process Connection: The UB type connection thread offers flexibility with external thread options of G3/4" or M27×1.5.

UB-A type connection flange: The flange connection ranges from HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50, and is adaptable to various other standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc. Please specify your preference when placing an order.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from high-quality heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
