Structural Principle
The ingenious design of the liquid level gauge involves connecting its upper and lower ends to a container using robust flanges, acting as a seamless communicator. This allows users to effortlessly and directly observe the actual fluid level inside the container through its clear glass, ensuring precise and reliable measurement.
Liquid level gauges primarily come in two innovative structural types: reflective, which utilizes light reflection for enhanced visibility, and transmissive, allowing light passage for accurate liquid level detection.
Ingeniously designed for safety, the liquid level gauge features steel balls within its upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate suffer accidental damage, these steel balls promptly seal under the container's internal pressure, effectively halting any further liquid leakage and preserving system integrity.
The instrument's versatility is showcased with the UB type, which is equipped with blocking screws, while the UB-A type boasts G1/2" needle valves, perfect for sampling, flushing, or releasing leftover liquid during maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and convenience.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed for consistent performance with a dependable pressure of 1.0 MPa.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread for secure and efficient connection.
Process Connection: Opt for the trusted UB type connection thread with external thread options G3/4" or M27×1.5 for hassle-free installation.
UB-A type connection flange: Complies with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For custom flange standards, such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify your requirements when placing an order.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed with durable, heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel to ensure longevity and safety.
