Structural Principle

The Explosion Proof Level Indicator by Highpeak ingeniously connects the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge to the container through durable flanges, functioning as a reliable communicator. This allows for the straightforward observation of the liquid's height within the container through a clear glass interface.
This advanced liquid level gauge boasts two primary structural types: reflective and transmissive. These variations are designed to cater to diverse operational needs, ensuring precise and adaptable liquid level measurement.
For enhanced safety, robust steel balls are strategically installed within both the upper and lower valves of the level gauge. In the event of accidental glass plate damage, these balls activate automatically, utilizing the container's internal pressure to seal off and prevent any further liquid escape, ensuring maximum safety.
The instrument's versatility is highlighted by its design - the UB type features blocking screws at both ends, while the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These are perfect for sampling, flushing, or efficiently releasing residual liquid during essential maintenance tasks.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket. This feature is crucial for maintaining accurate measurements in challenging conditions.

Steam Jacket Pressure: The steam jacket maintains a steady pressure of 1.0 MPa, optimizing performance and sustainability.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Featuring a G1/2" external thread, the fitting ensures compatibility and ease of integration.

Process Connection: Choose the UB type connection thread with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for flexible installation solutions.

UB-A type connection flange: Compatible with standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify upon ordering to ensure compliance with your requirements.
