The TKLV500 self-operated pressure regulating valve is a marvel of engineering, requiring no external energy source to function. It harnesses the inherent energy of the adjusted medium as its power source, expertly directing the actuator to control the valve core's position. This dynamic adjustment modifies the pressure difference and flow at both ends, ensuring the pressure remains stable before or after the valve. Renowned for its responsive action, excellent sealing capabilities, and minimal pressure fluctuation, this valve is the epitome of reliability. It finds widespread application in automatic control systems requiring pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization across various media such as gases, liquids, and steam.
This exceptional series of control valves offers versatility with three distinct structures: single seat, sleeve, and double seat. It features two types of actuators: the diaphragm type and the piston type, and two modes of operation: pressure regulation post-valve for pressure reduction (type B) and pre-valve pressure regulation for pressure relief (type K). The product is available in nominal pressure levels PN16, 40, and 64, with valve body diameters ranging from DN20 to DN300. Leakage levels are categorized into grade II, grade IV, and grade VI, while the flow characteristic is designed for quick opening. It provides a broad pressure adjustment range of 15 to 2500Kpa, allowing tailored combinations to meet diverse user requirements and operational conditions.
