The ingenious design of the Highpeak Liquid Level Sensor includes connecting its upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges, creating a reliable communicator. This sophisticated setup grants you the ability to monitor the actual height of the liquid level within the container effortlessly, thanks to its clear glass display.
This versatile liquid level gauge boasts two primary structural configurations: reflective and transmissive, each catering to different monitoring needs.
Ingeniously placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves serve as a safeguard; in the rare event of glass plate breakage, these steel balls automatically engage, sealing the area under container pressure to halt any further liquid escape.
At both ends of this sophisticated instrument, you'll find the UB type equipped with secure blocking screws. Alternatively, the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves, offering convenient options for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance processes.
To further enhance its adaptability, the product can be outfitted with a steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media with utmost precision and reliability.
