Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with a cutting-edge integrated diagnostic function, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter proactively monitors its operational processes and internal health in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies that surpass preset thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current of 3.6 or 22.8mA to serve as a control signal for interlocking systems or SIS security protocols. During such instances, the LCD screen prominently displays 'Err', swiftly identifying and indicating faulty components, thereby streamlining the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for unmatched convenience.
Diagnosis extends its capabilities through HART, FF, PA, and similar protocol communications, offering flexibility by expressing alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously evaluates the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement element malfunction, on-site replacement of faulty components is straightforward, eliminating the need for recalibration, thus ensuring minimal downtime.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation feature is a powerful tool for emulating process states to derive measurement data, as well as for verifying circuit connections and output status. Users can choose between fixed value simulation or linear function simulation modes.
