Its robust metal casing and fully sealed measurement components ensure resilience against severe chemical and mechanical stress, while offering strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and lightning strikes, securing the PDS transmitter's unparalleled stability and reliability.
Intelligent Diagnosis
With advanced integrated diagnostic capabilities, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational process and status in real time. Should the number of defined events exceed the limits, it triggers a fault alarm, outputting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide essential control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. When failure occurs, the LCD immediately displays "Err", swiftly analyzing and pinpointing malfunctioning components, thereby streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making these processes effortlessly efficient.
Diagnostic capabilities can be accessed through HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, offering alarms as either a warning or fault protection current. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software integrity. In cases of electronic unit or measurement element failure, faulty components can be conveniently replaced on-site without the need for re-adjustment, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation.
Simulation
Our transmitter's simulation function is designed to replicate the process state, thereby providing accurate measurement data. It can efficiently verify the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. The simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with options for fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During this process, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure and seamlessly reverts to normal measurement mode after a key operation or power cycle restart.
