Product Description

The UGS-A Standard Color Quartz Glass Level Gauge is engineered for transparent media, featuring a flexible tube design with no blind spots and self-sealing functionality. Key specifications include a 300-3000mm measurement range, -0.1 to 10.0 MPa operating pressure, and -50°C to 450°C temperature tolerance. The steam jacket operates at 1.0 MPa. Process connections adhere to HG20592~20635-97 standards (DN20-DN50), with customizable flange standards. The quartz tube is 99.99% SiO2, ensuring high purity. The automatic sealing pressure is ≥0.2 MPa, and the drain valve options include ball and needle valves.

Wide Operating Range: Capable of measuring levels from 300 to 3000mm with operating pressures from -0.1 to 10.0 MPa.
