Structural Principle

The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly connected to the container through durable flanges, creating a sophisticated channel for communication. This innovative design enables you to directly observe the actual height of the liquid level within the container through the pristine clarity of the glass, ensuring precision and reliability in every reading.
Our liquid level gauge structures come in two distinct types: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers unique advantages, allowing for tailored solutions to meet your specific measurement needs with unparalleled efficiency.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauges are equipped with robust safety steel balls strategically installed within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing under the container's internal pressure to effectively prevent any further outflow of liquid, safeguarding both personnel and equipment.
The instrument's ends come with two versatile options: the UB type, featuring blocking screws for secure closures, and the UB-A type, which boasts G1/2" needle valves, ideal for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance. This flexibility ensures optimal operational efficiency and convenience.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, our product can be optionally equipped with an advanced steam jacket. This feature ensures accurate measurements even under challenging conditions, making it the perfect choice for diverse industrial environments.
