Structural Principle

Ingeniously designed, the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly integrated with the container through robust flanges, creating an efficient communicator. This allows for a direct and precise observation of the liquid level within the container, visible through a clear and durable glass panel.
Our advanced liquid level gauge structures come in two primary forms: the innovative reflective type and the highly effective transmissive type.
Embedded within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge are precision-engineered safety steel balls. In the unfortunate event of any glass plate damage, these steel balls spring into action, automatically sealing under the internal pressure of the container. This clever system effectively halts any further liquid leakage, ensuring an unparalleled level of safety.
At both extremities of the instrument, the versatile UB type is equipped with reliable blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These are expertly crafted for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, providing flexibility and ease of operation.
For scenarios involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product offers the option of an efficient steam jacket, ideal for maintaining optimal measurement conditions.
