Structural Principle

The innovative design of the liquid level gauge allows for seamless integration with containers via flanges at both the upper and lower ends, creating a sophisticated communicator. This enables real-time, direct observation of the liquid level within the container through a clear, durable glass interface.
Our liquid level gauges are engineered in two primary configurations: reflective and transmissive, each offering unique advantages for varied applications.
For enhanced safety, robust steel balls are strategically installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. Should the glass plate sustain accidental damage, these steel balls automatically activate, utilizing internal container pressure to effectively seal and prevent any further liquid outflow.
The instrument is meticulously designed with specific end fittings: the UB type boasts secure blocking screws, whereas the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves, allowing for convenient sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquids during maintenance procedures.
Our product can be optionally equipped with a sophisticated steam jacket, making it ideally suited for the accurate measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring reliability and precision in diverse conditions.
