The innovative design of our liquid level gauge involves connecting the upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges, creating a highly efficient communication channel. This design allows for the seamless and direct observation of the liquid level within the container through a clear glass interface, ensuring precise measurement.
Our product offers versatility with two main types of liquid level gauge structures available: the reflective type, which provides excellent visibility and readability, and the transmissive type, which offers superior transparency and clarity for diverse applications.
For enhanced safety and reliability, our liquid level gauge is equipped with safety steel balls inside the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental glass damage, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing under the internal container pressure to prevent any potential leakage, thus ensuring operational safety.
The instrument showcases versatility at its ends: the UB type features blocking screws for secure sealing, while the advanced UB-A type is fitted with G1/2" needle valves, enabling convenient sampling, flushing, or releasing of residual liquids during maintenance, enhancing operational flexibility and ease of service.
Our product can be further optimized with an optional steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thereby broadening its application range and ensuring accurate measurements in challenging conditions.
