With the liquid level gauge's upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container through durable flanges, it forms an effective communicator. This design allows for the direct observation of the liquid level inside the container through the clear and durable glass, ensuring precision and clarity at all times.
Our cutting-edge liquid level gauges boast two primary structures: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers unique advantages tailored to various applications, ensuring optimal performance and adaptability for secure liquid monitoring.
Incorporating advanced safety features, the liquid level gauge is equipped with safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate experience accidental damage, these steel balls automatically engage and seal under internal pressure, effectively preventing any further outflow of liquid, thereby enhancing safety and minimizing potential hazards.
At the instrument's extremities, the UB type comes with robust blocking screws, while the UB-A type is specifically designed with G1/2" needle valves. These features facilitate efficient sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquid during essential maintenance operations, thus ensuring longevity and reliability.
For those dealing with viscous or easily frozen liquid media, our product can be equipped with a sophisticated steam jacket. This feature ensures precision in measurement and reliable performance even under challenging conditions, making it an ideal choice for diverse industrial applications.
