High Stability The PDS Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, and can achieve an even more incredible precision of up to 0.025%FS. This outstanding level of accuracy is maintained over a decade of continuous operation, maintaining an impressive 99.9% accuracy and significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, the PDS transmitter is built to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It boasts exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference and features lightning protection, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Intelligent Diagnosis Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis function, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational process and internal state in real-time. Upon surpassing a defined event threshold, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to send control signals to system interlocks or SIS security systems. During such events, the LCD display signals "Err" and autonomously analyzes and indicates the faulty components, greatly simplifying instrument maintenance, repairs, and replacements. This sophisticated diagnosis function can be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where the alarm manifests as either a warning or fault protection current. It delivers automatic diagnostics for SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In cases where the electronic unit or measurement element suffers damage, faulty components can be seamlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
Simulation The transmitter's simulation function artfully mimics the process state to yield measurement data, and it can also verify the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The available simulation output modes include fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to the standard measurement state following a key operation or a power-off restart.
