Structural Principle
To ensure a precise and reliable measurement of liquid levels, the Highpeak Liquid Level Indicator is ingeniously designed. The upper and lower ends of the gauge are seamlessly connected to the container using durable flanges, creating a flawless communication pathway. This sophisticated setup allows users to directly observe the actual liquid level within the container through the high-quality glass, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Highpeak Liquid Level Indicators come in two primary structural configurations, each tailored to different needs: reflective and transmissive. These distinct designs offer versatility in applications, allowing users to select the best option for their specific measurement requirements.
For enhanced safety and reliability, robust safety steel balls are meticulously installed inside the upper and lower valves of the Highpeak Liquid Level Indicator. Should the glass plate suffer accidental damage, these intelligently designed steel balls automatically seal off under the container's internal pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow.
At both ends of the Highpeak instrument, precision-engineered UB type blocking screws are implemented, providing secure and efficient operation. Meanwhile, the versatile UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, facilitating convenient sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquid during maintenance, enhancing the product's usability.
To extend its application range, the Highpeak Liquid Level Indicator can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket. This feature is particularly beneficial for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring consistent performance in challenging conditions.

UB-A type connection flange: Standardized to your requirements, our UB-A type connection flange follows HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 norms. For other standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify your preference when ordering to tailor the perfect fit.
