The PDS intelligent transmitter exemplifies excellence with a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, further refined to an impressive 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it boasts a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance expenses. Featuring a robust metal shell and hermetically sealed measurement components, it expertly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it possesses formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities and lightning protection, ensuring the unwavering stability and reliability of the PDS transmitter.
Intelligent diagnosis
The PDS intelligent transmitter is equipped with advanced integrated diagnostic functions, vigilantly monitoring both operational processes and its own status in real time. Should the system exceed predefined event thresholds, the transmitter transitions to a fault alarm state, emitting a warning current (3.6 or 22.8mA) as a safeguard for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During malfunctions, the LCD screen promptly displays "Err," swiftly diagnosing and indicating faulty components, thereby simplifying and streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
The diagnostic capabilities can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and various other protocol communications, with alarm signals indicating warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic health checks on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. In the event of damage to electronic units or measurement elements, faulty components can be effortlessly swapped onsite, eliminating the need for recalibration.
Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function adeptly mimics process conditions to generate precise measurement data, while also serving to verify circuit connectivity and output status. Simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with modes encompassing fixed value or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains static despite field pressure variations, resuming normal measurement following key operations or power-off restarts.
