In the unfortunate event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls immediately activate, utilizing internal container pressure to form an automatic seal. This intelligent mechanism effectively prevents further liquid outflow, ensuring continuous protection and operational integrity for your system.
Tailored to meet diverse operational requirements, the Highpeak Liquid Level Indicator offers distinct configurations at each end of the instrument. The UB type is equipped with reliable blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These allow for convenient sampling, efficient flushing, or the safe release of residual liquid during routine maintenance. Each type is designed to facilitate optimal functionality and user convenience.
Our product can be enhanced with an optional steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media. Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread for seamless integration and compatibility with existing setups.
Process Connection: Equipped with a UB type connection thread: external thread options include G3/4" or M27×1.5, providing flexibility for diverse installation requirements.
UB-A type connection flange: Conforms to the HG20592~20635-97 standards with DN20~DN50 compatibility. For other flange standards including GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify during your order for precise customization.
