Intelligent Diagnosis
The PDS intelligent transmitter is equipped with cutting-edge integrated diagnostic functions, continuously monitoring both operational processes and its own status in real-time. Upon surpassing predefined thresholds, the transmitter enters a fault alarm state, outputting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to signal system interlocking or integration with the SIS security system. In times of malfunction, the LCD display promptly shows 'Err,' instantly analyzing and pinpointing faulty components, thus simplifying and expediting maintenance, repair, and component replacement.
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocols, with alarms customizable as either warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and monitors software health, enabling direct on-site replacement of damaged electronic units or measurement elements, eliminating the need for re-adjustments.

Simulation
The versatile simulation function of the transmitter emulates real-world process states to acquire precise measurement data, while also verifying connection integrity and the output status of the transmitter circuit.
