Enclosed in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it bravely withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges, while featuring formidable anti-electromagnetic interference and lightning protection capabilities. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational processes and internal status. Upon surpassing preset event thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarming current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to trigger interlocking or SIS security systems. During malfunctions, the LCD screen promptly displays 'Err,' automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty components, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for the instrument.
Initiating through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, the diagnostic function expresses alarms as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement element incur damage, the defective component can be effortlessly swapped onsite without necessitating re-calibration.

Simulation
The simulation capability of the transmitter adeptly mimics process conditions to extract measurement data, and serves to verify the transmitter circuit's connection and output status. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, available through either fixed value simulation or linear function simulation modes. During simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure changes, resuming normal measurement operations following key intervention or power cycle restart.
