High Stability
The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts an extraordinary basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with options reaching an impressive 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Encased in a robust metal shell and equipped with fully sealed measurement components, the PDS transmitter is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, paired with a comprehensive lightning protection function, guarantee unmatched stability and reliability.

Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors both operational processes and its own status in real-time. Upon surpassing predefined event thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current of either 3.6 or 22.8mA, thereby providing crucial control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During such events, the LCD screen prominently displays "Err," and automatically identifies and displays the faulty components, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
This diagnostic feature is further enhanced with the ability to be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, allowing the alarm to manifest as either a warning or a protective fault current. It automatically checks the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, facilitating straightforward replacement of any damaged electronic units or measurement elements directly on-site, without the need for recalibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function is engineered to emulate process states accurately, delivering precise measurement data while also helping to verify the transmitter circuit's connection and output status. This simulation's output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with options for fixed value or linear function simulation. Throughout the simulation process, the transmitter output remains steady, unaffected by field pressure, and seamlessly reverts to its normal measurement state following a key operation or power reset.
